Training Simulator Communications Hub (TSCH) Standard 420 is a device which provides training to Communications Hub (CH) installers for on-field experience.

- UK smart metering implementation programme (SMIP), Communication Service Providers will deliver a communications hub (CH) within UK houses that will connect the energy supplier to his client’s home via the CSP network. In order to train their installers that will install CH, energy suppliers need a Training Simulator Communications Hub.
- Meets requirement indicated National Skills Academy for Power (NSAP) for Installer Training.
- Can reflect the equivalent production Communications Hub with representative labelling.
- Can be power supplied from SMETS2 Electricity Meter via ICHIS.
- Can be power supplied from Battery easily available from supermarkets.
